Start small — a little goes a long way. Apply to mid-lengths and ends on damp or dry hair. For scalp care, massage gently and leave on 30–60 minutes (or overnight if preferred), then wash out. Works well as a pre-shampoo treatment too — apply to dry hair before washing to help reduce dryness.
